Dr. Vijay Kumar is a Social and RTI activist. He is an Administrative, policy and research social worker. Additionally, He works with people and their families dealing with poverty, homelessness, discrimination and truancy. He serves in the field of healthcare agencies or social service organizations.

He works on a macro level to manage government programs, advocate for individuals in need and build common social work policies to support community members. He typically perform extensive research to understand the common challenges and needs of community members and use this information to inform their policy work.

He is anti-caste social reformer. His work extende to many fields, including eradication of the caste system and for his efforts in educating women and oppressed caste people. Dr. Vijay Kumar beloves buddhism and teaches Dhamma throughout the year so that He is called ‘ Bhadant Ji ‘ by the people.
