Dr. Vijay Kumar is a Social and RTI activist. He is an Administrative, policy and research social worker.
Additionally, He works with people and their families dealing with poverty, homelessness, discrimination and truancy. He serves in the field of healthcare agencies or social service organizations. He works on a macro level to manage government programs, advocate for individuals in need and build common social work policies to support community members.
